About this product
Product description.
The Bixel scoop is made from silver-coloured stainless steel and has a trigger mechanism for releasing portions. It is intended for scooping ice cream or portioning suitable cookie dough and measures approximately 22.9cm overall in length.
Fill the scoop with the mixture being portioned, then use the trigger as directed to release it. Choose a mixture soft enough for the tool rather than forcing the scoop through very hard contents. Clean the moving mechanism along with the scoop after use.
