Select your preferred payment option at checkout. Credit/debit card and PayPal payments are available only when the relevant method is enabled and displayed for your order.

Payment processing

Payments are handled through the providers presented during checkout. The store does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Review any provider instructions before approving a transaction. Never email full card details, passwords or banking credentials to us.

Payment authorisation

By authorising payment, you confirm that you are entitled to use the method and that your billing details are accurate. Check the products, quantity, delivery address, currency and final total before submitting. Store prices are shown in pounds sterling; a bank may apply its own conversion or transaction charges where relevant.

Payment issues

If payment fails or its status is unclear, check your confirmation and contact us before repeatedly retrying. Do not assume an error message means no authorisation exists. Your bank or provider can explain a pending authorisation. Tell us the order or transaction reference without sending sensitive payment credentials.

Refunds

Refund rights and deadlines are explained in our Refund Policy. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Bank posting times do not change our obligation to issue a refund within the applicable deadline.
