Shipping Policy

ENDLESS FINDS LTD provides delivery and order support for customers across the United Kingdom.

Shipping within the UK

UK shipping is free and includes tracking and transit insurance. We deliver to the UK address entered at checkout. No paid priority service is included in this policy.

Order processing

After successful payment, allow 1–3 business days for processing and preparation. The estimated transit time is a further 3–7 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods; the transit estimate does not start when the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery information and tracking

We provide tracking details when your order is dispatched. Follow the tracking link in your dispatch message or use our Track Order page. Check your delivery address and contact details before placing your order, and tell us promptly if a correction is needed.

Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a delivery deadline with you. If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate and explain the available options. Unless another delivery period is specifically agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days. Your statutory rights to set an appropriate additional delivery period, or to cancel immediately where the law allows, are preserved. If you validly cancel for non-delivery, we will refund the amounts due without undue delay.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with the order number and a short description. Photographs of the item and packaging can help our investigation. Keep packaging where reasonably possible, but missing packaging or a delayed damage report does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

For deliveries we arrange, goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate receives them. Transit insurance supports our delivery arrangements; you do not need to pursue an insurer or courier instead of seeking a remedy from us.

Returns and warranty support

Existing orders

These delivery terms apply to new orders placed after this policy is published. Existing orders retain the terms published and agreed when they were placed, together with all applicable statutory rights.
