Manufacturer warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty is included, its duration may range from 1 to 5 years depending on the product and manufacturer. This range is not a promise that every product has warranty coverage. Check the exact product’s written warranty for the provider, duration, covered use, remedies, exclusions and claim process. Contact us before ordering if these details are unclear.

Replacement parts are free only where the applicable warranty covers them. Labour, postage, servicing and other benefits depend on those written terms. No separate additional store warranty is offered unless expressly stated for the product.

Store support

We can help identify the relevant warranty, gather order details and explain the available support route. Please provide your order number, product name or model, a description of the issue and useful photographs. Keep any serial number and warranty document where applicable.

Before using your product

Check the item and included accessories, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and stop using an item that appears unsafe. Registration requirements and use or maintenance conditions apply only as stated in an included manufacturer’s warranty; they do not cancel your statutory rights against us.

Delivery protection

UK orders include free insured, tracked shipping. If goods are lost, damaged or incorrect, contact us for help under the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. You do not need to settle a carrier or insurance claim before exercising your rights against us.

Voluntary returns and statutory rights

Our voluntary policy allows eligible unused, unmodified goods to be returned within 35 days from purchase, with free approved return shipping. UK consumer cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods apply separately. Manufacturer warranty exclusions, expiry or absence do not remove our obligations as the seller.

What may fall outside a manufacturer warranty?

Individual warranties may exclude normal wear, consumables, accidental damage, misuse, unsuitable installation or unauthorised modifications. The actual written terms determine any warranty exclusion. This does not exclude responsibility for an original defect or another remedy required by law.
